I'm looking for B2B Head of Digital.

This is a very important role to the business and sits within the leadership team, providing direction, digital strategy and ops.

They have heavily invested in technology (Marketo, Dynamics, Episerver) and looking for someone to drive change and digital transformation. Managing a team of 5 you be responsible for channels and being able to build a centre of excellence.

The heavy lifting has been done so they are looking for someone who is digitally focused with experience within integrated digital campaigns and someone who can be an influencer.

HEAD OF DIGITAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy to increase engagement with key audiences and generate leads.
  • Help move the focus from content delivery to campaign activation via the implementation of client centred digital campaigns that deliver business results.
  • Improve the usage of the marketing automation tool (Marketo) across the marketing team to achieve this.
  • Roll out a new toolkit for integrated digital campaigns across all channels (web, email, social, advertising, organic search and face to face) Always look for ways to improve the performance of each channel.
  • Manage change, implement new operations processes, provide training.
  • Drive social media adoption and engagement
  • Working with the content team to influence the creation of innovative and creative digital content
  • Working with the marketers in charge of alignment with sales to be able to model and drive ROI measurement across marketing activities.
  • Working with the data and insights manager to provide actionable insights from digital data, for the marketing team and the business.
  • Line manage team of digital marketing experts and a web developer, helping them to progress in their career.
  • Ensure digital marketing operations within the marketing team and the business are streamlined and well communicated to allow rapid go-to-market processes.
  • Ensure the right decisions are made and right processes are in place in term of technical cross-platform integration and technical maintenance.

HEAD OF DIGITAL EXPERIENCE

  • B2B experience within digital
  • A good understanding of a sales process
  • Previously set strategies that digital campaigns including CMS, automation, CRM, Social
  • Team management experience
  • Data mindset
  • Good energy and confidence to drive change
