Superb strategic marketing lead for a new business within a luxury real estate firm, driving growth and a range of projects.

As a new team within this strong luxury real estate brand has successfully grown following the appointment of new Directors, the emphasis is now on marketing to drive awareness, build the business and of course support sales growth. Clients' expectations are such that the business now needs a dedicated marketing leader who also forms part of project teams and attends sales and strategy meetings.

Whilst reporting in to the Directors, you will also have lines into Central Marketing to ensure brand consistency.

Key responsibilities:

- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all marketing output is to a consistently high standard and within the company's brand guidelines.

- To promote and grow the brand within the industry.

- Implement new marketing strategies in line with the business plan growth strategy.

- Work with management team to manage and allocate marketing budget based on careful analysis of market trends and campaign results.

- Work with Directors and clients to create PR initiatives and implement campaigns.

- To manage and take responsibility for junior marketing executive, setting KPIs through performance appraisals and nurturing talent to ensure career development.

- Work with 3rd party provider to ensure creative and content is in brand and effective.

- Liaise with client teams to create new initiatives and where possible get budget contributions for specific campaigns.

- Work with China desk to gather and analyse data - reporting to management team on campaign results and direct sales results.

- Assist project team and various client marketing teams on writing creative briefs and working alongside creative agencies, designers etc. to produce marketing collateral for key projects.

- Work with project teams to create and implement new initiatives to help promote projects and increase inbound enquiry levels leading to direct sales.

- Support project team in managing marketing activity calendars for each live project, meeting deadlines and budgets and collate monthly outreach reports for each development.

- Work with central marketing team in taking control of award submissions.

- Manage Social Media schedule and proactively seek content from the wider team and clients in order to maximise exposure across all platforms.

- Take responsibility for the EDM campaigns, working with project Directors

- Being point of contact with client marketing manager to ensure both sets of brand guidelines are met, agreeing timing, format and design.

- Provide regular updates to management and marketing team on success of campaigns and searching for new innovative opportunities to maximise electronic communication to our database.

- Carefully manage the level of exposure our database receives.

- Take responsibility for client engagement.

- Work with project and client teams to ensure suitable preparation, promotion and success.

- Look for new event opportunities and 3rd party businesses to work alongside to help promote our business and projects.


  • A solid foundation in generalist marketing, likely at Senior Executive or Manager level
  • Experience with a professional firm and brand, with real estate ideal but by no means necessary
  • Forthcoming, well-reasoned and evidenced approach to influencing stakeholders
  • A commercial eye, able to plug into customers, competitors and industry trends and shape a brand an content around them in a unique and compelling fashion
  • Comfortable being accountable for measurables and reporting on variances
  • Able to work in an agile, adaptable manner to find solutions
