Account management, global, sales, B2B, technology, SaaS, ecommerce, communication.

Global Account Manager sought for world-leading e-commerce platform where you will be working within a new and exciting role, where you will play an integral part in helping to accelerate and grow the customer base.

You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, and the business development of existing customers on the B2B platform.

Key responsibilities:

  • New business acquisition and existing business account management.
  • Actively manage the pipeline and deliver against set targets and goals.
  • Deliver B2B message, planning, strategy to customers.
  • Represent at trade fairs and other industry/customer meetings.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Essential knowledge and skills:

  • Proven sales track record in a global, B2B technology/SaaS multi-channel sales leadership role.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, engage and connect with all types of customers and all levels.
  • Overall strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Contract and commercial negotiation skills: experience in negotiating and closing high-value complex agreements working with customers and internal legal partners.
  • Aviation industry, SAP, ecommerce knowledge would be helpful.

This is initially a 6 month contract role with the high possibility of extension.
