We are looking for a recent graduate with very strong Excel skills and experience in CRM or Email marketing to join a rapidly expanding, award-winning, customer service focused company based in Watford.

This newly created role will support the eCRM Manager to deliver creative, results driven campaigns in line with an ever evolving strategy. The role is ideal for a bright, proactive and creative eCRM professional who has a keen interest email and digital marketing practices with strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Email Marketing Manager to create effective email marketing campaigns for both the B2C and B2B markets
  • Work collaboratively with all relevant departments, and use our CRM programme Goldmine and email platform CommuniGator to deliver best-in-class email communications
  • Managing email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including banners, subject lines, pretext headers that enhance the results of each campaign.
  • Delivering SMS campaigns to our existing database of drivers and eligible employees to drive more new and renewal orders.
  • Supporting the B2B marketing team and eCRM manager in data cleansing and matching techniques.
  • Developing new responsive templates to ensure our communications remain fresh and punchy and up to date with industry standards and practises
  • Support the development of processes that comply with the new GDPR laws that will come into place in May 2018
  • Keep up to date with new industry technologies that will support the eCRM strategy
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution
  • Educating the wider team about new Email Marketing processes and innovation
