Are you a performance marketer with experience in developing strategy and leading a team to deliver transformational results?

How does being the Director of Performance Marketing at one of the biggest brands in the world sound to you?

You'll be joining a company that is investing massively in digital and is looking to acquire the best talent to ensure that their brand is at the forefront of the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibility:

  • Developing an effective digital performance strategy across biddable, addressable digital media channels (inc. Paid Search, Programmatic Display and Paid Social)
  • Lead and develop a team of digital performance channel executives and managers to deliver ongoing campaigns and drive performance
  • Oversee agency managing and regional trading hubs delivering programmatic display and paid social
  • Partner with other central teams to ensure marketing is integrated to drive the best results

Required Skills:

  • A track record in Digital Acquisition results across the full digital mix
  • Strong technical knowledge of all digital media and tech
  • Proven experience of managing biddable, addressable media and digital teams
  • Experience in managing agencies and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience working across international markets and developing relationships with partners
