About you

You will be a generalist Digital PM with a good understanding of digital marketing, website development (delivery, not coding) and content management as well as managing Dynamix CRM and looking after both content agencies and generation of content. You will be adept at Drupal and be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment where you will need to roll your sleeves up and get involved. You will have great stakeholder management experience and will know how to get the most out of agencies. You will be confident enough to work autonomously but have the experience to manage challenges/issues when necessary, whilst keeping the team apprised of any problems.

About the role

This role will be taking over the ongoing build of a website, optimising CRM and getting campaigns out the door. It will be supporting the newly appointed CMO and taking the 'doing' tasks off his hands. Other duties include:

  • Manage the website redesign and build (includes overseeing the tech agency, enuring sprints are delivered on time, ensuring any blockers are foreseen and managed, migrations managed etc etc)
  • Manage content development and upload to the new site. This includes managing the content plan, ensuring nothing is overlooked, approved internally (inc compliance) and uploaded to the new site in good time.
  • Digital BAU, managing & reporting on digital comms including PPC and acquisition
  • Other miscellaneous marketing activities to be identified

About the client

This Private Equity company, investing clients' money into high-quality building developments. Since they started 4 years ago, they have raised £175m in equity and have managed developments in excess of £1bn. Although 4 years old and a team of 30, they still have a start-up mentality and entrepreneurial spirit.
