A forward thinking financial service provider is looking for a Digital Product Manager who will be accountable for management of a digital product portfolio and the daily management of the public facing website.

You will define the product strategy and be accountable for delivering business and user benefits through the product roadmap.

DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITES

  • Owns and manages a portfolio of public facing digital products and services that deliver customer and business benefits, ranging from understanding value, enabling digital, digital self-servicing tools and platforms
  • Translate customer, market and business needs into digital product strategy and into a product roadmap with clear scope, timelines and cost benefits
  • Works across the business with senior stakeholders to generate new ideas that leverage digital technology to grow market share, drive significant commercial and business value whilst also improving customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with other Product Managers across Digital, technology architects, IT delivery, scrum teams and business owners to refine and prioritise the overall product backlog and identify dependencies
  • Ensure outward communication around priorities, developments and changes to stakeholders across business functions takes place
  • Build funding models and business cases for new product development requiring additional funding to be secured

DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER EXPERIENCE

  • Digital technology specialist with a proven track record years working in a digital role
  • Certified scrum product owner trained experience running agile digital projects
  • Experience building consumer quality digital products, enabling business capability and objectives through technology
  • Proficient with drawing storyboards, creating wireframes, grooming the product backlog, writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
  • Excellent level of understanding of software development practices and web/mobile technologies
  • Knowledge and understanding of technical engineering best practice (e.g. test driven development, continuous integration etc)
  • Ability to perform detailed customer, market and business analysis
  • Relentless product roadmap planning, prioritisation and delivery execution
  • Ability to move between strategic discussions with senior stakeholders to tackle on the ground agile coaching with scrum teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical stakeholders at all levels
