A retail bank is looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to provide insight on new ways to drive the optimisation of a digital user experience

The focus of your role will be to provide expertise to stakeholders on appropriate ways to tag, measure and optimise websites using a range of insight tools and skills.


  • Drive digital reporting and develop digital insight that will enable the business to continually improve
  • Give advice and support to marketing teams to drive the optimization of onsite marketing that will benefit end users customer user experience
  • Manage compliance and data protection processes to proactively ensure they comply with legislation and industry best practice
  • Act as thought leader to develop improved ways to tag, measure and optimise website to develop digital insight
  • Present confidently and articulately to maximize understanding of digital performance & insight


  • You must have experience of working with financial services or knowledge of retail banking products
  • Experience of working with Digital Analytics or Digital Insight teams
  • Experience of using relevant software packages, i.e. Adobe Analytics / WebTrends, Maxymiser, HTML5, CSS, Excel, Visual Basic, PowerPoint, or equivalent packages
  • A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and grow customer relationships
