Digital Marketing Manager

For the past 12 years this global B2B events company has grown in size and is now looking to bring in a Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital transformation. Despite the pandemic the business is in growth mode, being a SME they were quick to innovate last year that has lead to their continue success.

Being part of a team of 60 you will guide and review digital strategy whilst leading data driven marketing decisions. You will work with a wider marketing team of 5 but will be leaned upon for you digital expertise.

Their office is based in Putney and you will be required to work from the office 3 days a week. Please make sure that this is commutable for you.

The role:

  • Improving our marketing effectiveness and efficiency through the effective use of marketing data
  • Increasing the use of data within our marketing strategy and planning
  • Improving our segmentation and targeting capability across all digital marketing channels (including but not limited to targeted direct email campaigns)
  • Leveraging our CRM system to drive marketing automation via Hubspot.
  • Assist in developing digital and data-driven marketing strategies and implementation.
  • Review and own all SEO/SEM and PPC activity

About You:

  • Degree in marketing or commercial communication
  • Experience in B2B marketing (4+ years)
  • Experience in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, online advertising, direct email marketing, social media marketing, data analytics, etc. etc.)
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing software
  • Experience with marketing automation and workflows (lead generation and qualification)
  • A creative mindset, always seeking new and innovative solutions and proposing concepts
  • Great copywriting and proofreading skills, with creativity and attention to detail
