My client, a highly successful, global software business in on a lookout for a Marketing Manager to look after the coordination and execution of global marketing campaigns, alongside the VP of Marketing. The ideal candidate will have minimum 4 years' experience in managing B2B digital campaigns and enjoy a great level of autonomy in high paced environments.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the continuous business growth by coordinating and executing global Marketing campaigns, reporting directly to the VP of marketing
  • Driving inbound traffic to the company's website
  • Increasing lead generation and conversion through digital marketing
  • Social media management
  • Content creation
  • SEO and PPC management
  • Traditional marketing activities incl. events and trade shows
  • Independent and autonomous role - based in HO in Richmond

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 4 years' of experience in B2B marketing with emphasis on digital, in software/tech industries
  • Senior Executive ready for the first managerial role or an existing manager
  • Experience with marketing automation systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Self-starter, used to managing varying priorities, fast learner and comfortable with adapting to change
  • Experience maintaining a website and optimizing its conversion and performance
  • Fluency in German would be an advantage
