Description
Responsibilities:
- Support healthcare practices across the group execute the digital elements of their marketing plans
- Develop KPIs for digital marketing activity so we can start to compare activity
- Manage all PPC and SEO spends across the group.
- Support other marketing initiatives with online and digital elements as needed.
PPC
- Implementation and monitoring of all online Pay-per-click activity and provide expert advice on how this could be improved.
- Conduct keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance across multiple channels.
- Evaluate how online marketing is currently being used across the business and use this information to develop a strategy to enable all practices to avail of treatment specific campaigns.
- Develop standardise reporting so that we can benchmark performance of external agencies.
- Engage with external agencies when needed in overseeing ROI.
SEO
- Implement SEO strategies including necessary website updates and landing page creation.
- Ensure all content supports SEO activity.
Social media
- Develop a strategy for how social media can be supported centrally.
- Oversee and support all social media activity across the Group's social media channels.
- Championing best practice in social media marketing across Group level. Advising internal stakeholders and individual practices on social media training.
- Maintain a library of all social media assets and their login details, as well as AdWords.
Technical requirements
- Experience in digital marketing including managing PPC and SEO campaigns.
- Website SEO optimisation experience.
- Experience managing social media campaigns across various channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
