An international events company is looking to hire a new Digital Marketing Manager to lead a new Digital team

The successful candidate will own all Digital channels to drive digital marketing operations targeting event exhibitors and attendees across a portfolio of events.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • You will be accountable for the digital marketing funnel strategy, including planning, implementation, management and optimisation
  • You will develop new and creative multi-channel growth strategies for each stage of a customer lifecycle.
  • Identify evolving digital marketing trends and best practices whilst collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop new cutting edge digital campaigns
  • Works collaboratively with the Content Marketing Manager and Creative teams to review and make changes/improvements to digital campaigns to ensure customer engagement and conversion is optimised
  • Develop and manage PPC & Paid Social channels, specifically; AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Bing
  • Responsible for planning and budget control of all digital marketing
  • You will manage a team of 3 direct reports including two Digital Marketing Executives and a Customer Data Analyst

Digital Marketing Manager Skills/Experience Required:

  • Significant experience in a digital marketing role managing campaigns within a B2B Landscape
  • Expert SEO and PPC strategist
  • Strong attitude to A/B testing, web analytics, email and PPC testing
  • Passion for digital marketing
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Some Marketing Automation experience (ideally Eloqua)
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Salesforce experience is also a bonus
  • Some agency management experience
