Description

A retail bank is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their agile digital team. This is a brand NEW role.

You'll play an important part in delivering the business's digital marketing acquisition strategy with a focus on performance media - while also working with business partners to drive greater customer adoption and engagement.

Responsbilites

  • Developing new content for performance media channels and carrying out regular A/B testing to make sure we use the most effective creative and messaging in all channels
  • Using segmentation and data to deliver targeted and personalised campaigns
  • Monitoring, tracking and analysing performance, making adjustments to maximize traffic against adoption and usage targets
  • Helping to manage resources, budgets, processes and agencies to deliver operational and strategic plans

Experience

  • You will be a paid media expert with strong experience in digital marketing.
  • You'll be strongly analytical, proficient in effective data management and delivery focused, and will have experience of using testing and optimisation techniques.
  • You'll also have excellent communication skills, and be able to build relationships with and influence stakeholder at all levels
  • Experience working in a complex matrix environment
