An innovative and forward thinking technology consultancy is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. You will to influence, transform and implement their digital marketing strategy.

You will part of a strong digital team with a focus on technology and data. Through coaching and advising, you will inspire and encourage marketing leads to use marketing technology and digital marketing as part of their integrated campaign efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to digital and marketing technology strategy, in the context of the wider marketing transformation
  • Advise on the development of the digital project portfolio, including microsites, recruitment platforms, business development tools, and other digital initiatives
  • Working closely with the content team to maintain the main corporate digital channels
  • Contribute to the adoption and ongoing best use of our Marketing systems (CRM, CMS, Marketing automation)
  • Improve use of systems by marketing team by working with technical teams, vendors and agencies to implement changes
  • Responsible for coaching, developing and training Marketing managers/executives, to align skills to their digital vision
  • Identify and set up pilot projects to test the use new tools for marketing to drive cost savings, efficiency and results
  • Deliver performance reports on digital channels using web analytics and marketing automation system

Experience

  • Solid digital experience within B2B
  • Strong experience managing marketing campaigns through marketing automation, with technical understanding of configuration (Eloqua, Marketo or other platforms)
  • Experience of using CMS
  • Understanding of CRM tools
  • Understanding of marketing database management
  • Evidence of using marketing analytics to improve marketing performance across digital channels
  • Developing strong relationships with exceptional stakeholder management
