High end luxury retailer - Looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with experience working in eCommerce / merchandising management. They need someone who has experience with Agency management (PPC, Affiliate, SEO, Paid Social, Display campaigns, UX and CRO campaigns Agency's). Website analytics, Competitor research, ROI optimisation.

This is a 6 month day rate contract working for an incredibly high end, Luxury retailer based in Central London.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Management of key ecommerce initiatives / roadmap e.g. Click & Collect, sameday delivery, gift cards
  • Creation and management of the ongoing 'test & learn' plan for all digital activity
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improving performance through market insight, monitoring industry trends
  • Management of the performance elements of digital marketing budget
  • Analysing conversion, online behaviour and reporting back on website analytics
  • Close working relationship with content managers, social media team and online trading manager to feed back all learning and refinements into BAU

Required skills and experience:

  • Retail client-side luxury, beauty & fashion experience
  • Proven record of managing performance / media agencies
  • Significant experience in eCommerce / merchandising management
  • Experience with Email Service Provider platforms and Content Management Systems
  • Ability to assess customer traffic and behaviour, and improve the user experience
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
