Digital Marketing Executive - Conversion

£150 - £200 per day + perm position available

About you

You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships. You will be able to problem solve, contribute new ideas and understand customer needs. You will have a strong understanding of how to use digital channels to effectively reach and communicate target audiences. You will be confident in basic analysis and reporting, whilst having the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment. Above all knowledge of Episerver, Dotmailer, Sleeknote and Google analytics is desirable.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in email marketing, including building, optimising, sending and analysing campaigns
  • Experience in tracking and analysing web traffic, ideally in Google Analytics
  • Experience in website development and maintenance
  • Experience creating and producing digital content in a content management system (CMS)
  • Experience of agency/third party supplier liaison
  • Project management experience
  • Experience of digital marketing strategy and implementation
  • Experience of supporting colleagues on digital platforms

About the role

Temp to Perm Opportunity

As a Digital Marketing Executive you will have an outstanding opportunity to make an impact with one of the most successful not-for-profit organisations. You will be part of a fast-paced, hard-working, creative fundraising team and will be responsible for ensuring success through the conversion optimisation of customers visiting the website.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be creating, testing and implementing new exciting fundraising campaigns and journeys to increase funds from supporters. With a specific focus on digital activities and conversion. For instance (but not limited to) using email, web pages, paid media and social.
  • You will be responsible for advising the team on tracking and reporting of campaigns.
  • You will be evaluating collated campaign statistics and product marketing activity, whilst producing regular performance and progress reports of agreed income streams and activities.
  • You will maximise value of those generating income by developing and implementing effective email communications - maximising impact and efficiency.
  • You will be responsible for setting up automated journeys across different channels, as well as maintaining existing automation programs based on insight from testing.
  • You will ensure all the fundraising teams web content is relevant to audiences and optimised for increased conversions.
  • You will work across Fundraising and Digital Health terms to create and deliver multi-channel marketing, acquisition and engagement plans to generate income.
  • You will be responsible to deputise, where agreed for the Interim Digital Fundraising Innovation Programme Lead.
