As the Digital Marketing Director, you will raise this brands profile through development of their online presence. The ideal Director would be a strong communicator and familiar with the ''lean startup'' -approach. The company offers an excellent culture and friendly colleagues to work with.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE DIGITAL MARKETING DIRECTOR:

  • Create and update digital marketing strategies that will support the organisation to achieve aims as part of the overall marketing plan
  • Growth hacking tactics
  • Validating customers wants, insights and reach into unestablished markets (millennial's)
  • PPC & Paid Social strategising
  • Support launching B2B Marketing channel
  • Use appropriate analytics to measure, evaluate and report against goals and performance of all Digital Marketing activity and plans
  • Review new technologies and keep the organisation at the forefront of developments in Digital Marketing


DIGITAL MARKETING DIRECTOR EXPERIENCE:

  • T-shape marketer
  • Ideally experience with start up and growth orientated (early stage)
  • Proven track record of success in digital marketing
  • Able to use research and insight skills to define the audience and communicate to these consumers
  • Creatively minded and able to take ownership of a project from an online perspective
