E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

Are you an experienced Digital Marketing Manager wanting to join an exciting multi-channel retailer?

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be reporting directly to the Global E-commerce Manager and will be working with global and local teams to develop and grow Digital Strategy across the board.

  • You will be the go-to expert for all Global Projects
  • You will conduct detailed analysis to devise digital strategy
  • You will manage budgets and create promotion plans from scratch
  • You will have a core focus on performance and ROI
  • You will work with 3rd party agencies and global teams to enhance and optimise performance
  • You will develop hypotheses, design large scale tests and be able to report these results
  • You will devise online growth strategy from end-to-end
  • You will identify new opportunities for new channels
  • You will manage customer service for UK and EU as well as drive projects

ABOUT YOU:

You will be able to identify and clearly communicate digital channel performance and strategy. You will have a test and learn method, eager to get stuck in and be commercially focused & KPI driven.

MUST HAVES

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstratable experience of Digital Marketing and E-commerce with a focus on Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Emails and Affiliates
  • Commercially focused and KPI driven
  • Global Digital experience working across multiple countries
  • Eager to learn with a test-and-learn method approach

DESIRABLE

  • Experience with global markets
