A well known FTSE 250 food brand is currently looking for a CRM Analyst to join it's industry renowned digital marketing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the companies extensive customer database, developing it's segmentation and driving actionable insight from the analysis of the metrics to use in personalised marketing campaigns.

CRM Analyst Key Responsibilities

  • With a clear focus on CRM data, communicate findings in a clear and compelling way in order to drive retention and loyalty
  • Ensure that the appropriate data points are being collected, and make sure campaign performance is being measured in the right way
  • Produce regular reports, which will assist stakeholders to understand the key drivers of performance and inform future activity

CRM Analyst Essential Skills/Requirements

  • Extensive understanding of marketing campaigns and their objectives
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse raw data, find insights and provide recommendations
  • Strong understanding of SQL and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
