I'm looking for a Digital Conversion Specialist to join an online B2C insurance company.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing best in class online customer experiences, that will deliver improvements in conversion rates.


  • Develop and execute optimisation test plan to increase conversion and deliver incremental value
  • Develop and execute a content plan and SEO strategy to drive incremental sales
  • Reporting against key business metrics and recommending new initiatives to increase KPI performance
  • Building and managing relationships with external agencies and internal teams to deliver plans
  • Monitoring and reporting against budgets


  • Agency or client side background
  • Experience of running conversion rate optimisation campaigns
  • Competent in the latest tagging best practices and online funnel management
  • Experience of tools such as Site Catalyst, Optimizely, SessionCam
  • Excellent communication skills to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Looks for ways to problem solve and maintains a can do attitude
