A leading global insurance firm is looking for a Digital Content and Optimisation Marketing Manager to join their digital marketing team, based in Central London. You will be responsible for the creation, approval and delivery of website content as well as driving optimisation for web performance and the customer journey.

Key Resposibilities:

  • Optimise the online customer journey with a view to reduce abandonment rates
  • Build the website, test and manage all web pages via a CMS system, ensuring tight deadlines are met and that digital best practice, SEO and customer experience is considered
  • Create a suite of automated email campaigns to maximise online marketing opportunities and nurture leads
  • Produce digital content and compliance approvals
  • Use web analytics and business intelligence software to monitor performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement
  • Drive optimisation, content production and changes to any related pages, online tools or application journeys,
  • Support SEO delivery and ensure performance is constantly improved

Key skills & Experience:

  • Proven financial services experience in a marketing role, either with an agency of in-house, ideally in a regulated environment
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading ability for all forms of copy, including print, web and social media
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
  • Strong digital background/experience in delivering projects and continually optimising content and user experience
  • Capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
  • Good digital project management skills
