As Digital Campaign Executive you will be responsible for implementing the CRM strategy and working closely with different areas of the business to plan/build and execute digital campaign, using CRM/marketing automation tools.

ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Make, plan and drive strategies for CRM campaign
  • Build & monitor all consumer journeys
  • Support the development of digital brand activation tools to support the consumer journeys delivered by partner agencies
  • Collaborate with IT and analysts to create strong digital platforms for internal and external use.
  • Monitor the implementation and results of digital activation plans and recommend changes to brand programs
  • Monitor external agencies to ensure the activities are delivered well.
  • Report and analyse digital campaign performance in a clear and concise manner with focus on required actions
  • Promote fact-based decision making through data-analysis, reporting and providing sound recommendation

EXPERIENCE

  • B2C experience - agency or client side.
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience preferably within a matrix enviroment
  • Experience of managing email campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Can do attitude and willing to 'roll up your sleeves!'
