An innovative B2C brand is looking for a Digital analytics manager to lead to focus on advance digital analytics, attribution modelling and marketing optimization.

  • Responsibility for setting the digital analytics strategy
  • Manage the direct digital marketing budget and forecasting models
  • Design KPI goals to increase efficiency and improve effectiveness of digital media spend across all channels
  • Work with the data science team and develop actionable insights to inform digital marketing strategy and tactics
  • Partner closely with the ad agency to ensure campaign targeting and audience segments are maximized
  • Measure the marketing funnel and sales pipeline to create a view of return on marketing investment
  • Assist wider optimisation team to improve conversion rates
  • Develop statistical attribution models and work with marketing managers to incorporate these models and outcomes into campaigns
  • Communicate analysis, findings and recommendations to various stakeholders and senior executives


  • Expert knowledge of digital analytics and digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Google Analytics
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of Web Analytics tools and techniques
  • Experience accessing and analysing data using SQL, R or Python
  • Prior experience in attribution modelling
  • Prior experience working in a marketing or web analytics role
  • Enthusiastic, curious and able to work autonomously or within teams
