The client:

This client works within entertainment and is based in Watford. They have an excellent work culture and a very large focus around social responsibility and working with charities. For this role there could be flexibility for you to work a day or two from the London office.

The Project:

This is a new team which has been created off the back of a digital transformation project. This team is going to be made up of three Analysts reporting into their current Manager. This team is involved in looking at very short term trends and data. It is a reactive role were you will be looking at hourly/daily data and making suggestions around how they can drive revenue through digital channels.

Because of the nature of this team you will need to be comfortable working to deadlines and at a fast pace.

They have a really ambitious road map with new projects, reviewing the customer journey's and innovating through technology to become a more agile business, all of which you could help lead and drive.

What you will need:

  • You must have strong experience working with Adobe Analytics.
  • Have experience analysing multichannel campaigns across, app, web, and CRM channels such as push notifications.
  • Experience reviewing paid media campaigns
  • Have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of UX and UI so that you can make recommendations on user journey's and web analytics.
  • A strong understand of what good campaign KPI metrics look like and have reported and presented these findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Right to work in the UK.
