One of EMR's clients in the Courier industry is currently looking for a Digital Acquisition Manager to lead the development and deployment of digital acquisition campaigns to their customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting into the Head of Performance Marketing, the successful candidate will be working across paid channels including Paid Search, Display, Content and Social with measurable results alongside on page SEO managed by the web team.
  • Drive efficiencies in the online marketing strategies, including reviewing customer journeys, landing pages and purchase of media across the group
  • Manage external agency relationships, to deliver maximum value to the business
  • Manage all associated marketing budgets


  • Digital Marketing expert with significant experience in developing high profile digital acquisition strategies across different products/markets
  • Subscriber experience advantageous
  • Experience managing and optimising channel performance
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience working in a large matrix-organisation (regulated advertising environment desirable)
  • Agency management essential
