The objective of the role is to ensure the customer data is fully leveraged across our whole proposition and to run a successful customer insight programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the customer insight programme
  • Manage the relationship with their research agency to ensure our customer inisght programme is fully optimised
  • Manage and develop reporting from the data analytics agency to ensure customer data is being utilised within customer insight
  • Cascade and share the insight across the business and ensure it is being used to drive decision-making
  • Implement a programme to input customer data and insight into the business planning cycle
  • Own the customer segmentations and ensure they are being leveraged across the business
  • Own and deliver the customer scorecard
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and teams including the wider CRM team, marketing, trading, online, finance and retail
