A leading Online Media Organisation is looking for a Customer Engagement Executive to join their B2C Engagement team, based in the heart of London.

Reporting directly to the Customer Engagement Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving engagement programs, customer campaigns and direct marketing strategies in order to build valuable relationships with direct consumers.

Customer Engagement Executive key responsibilities

  • Manage engagement and retention campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure effective campaign execution
  • Budget management
  • Work with managers to Increase ROI through continued customer lifecycle management
  • Assessment and optimisation of campaign activity

Ideal Candidate Skills:

  • Proven experience with CRM programs and digital marketing
  • Experience within the media industry
  • Stakeholder management
  • Familiar with retention strategies

As the Customer Engagement Executive, you will earn up to £30,000pa + benefits
