A leading Insurance brand is currently looking for an experienced CRO Analyst to join a growing marketing team, to help create best in class online experience.

Alongside day-to-day CRO/testing work, the successful candidate will be joining a business going through a huge digital transformation, and will be involved in a range of web development projects targeting both new and existing customers. As such the role will require a working knowledge of A/B testing and UX best practises.

CRO Analyst Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage the groups CRO testing roadmap
  • With the help of CRO Developers, create and launch A/B, MVT and personalisation tests
  • Utilise Adobe Site Catalyst to analyse quantitative data
  • Qualitative research - Use tools such as Hotjar and What Users Do
  • Work heavily with the acquisition team to optimise landing pages
  • Provide day-to-day management of external agencies

CRO Analyst Experience/Skills

  • Proven experience working on running conversion rate optimisation programmes
  • Proven track record of delivering uplift in conversion and income per sale
  • Hands on experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely or Maxymiser
  • Web Analytics - Experience using Adobe Site Catalyst
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS coding and web development practises (Agile) will be very helpful
