This global FinTech Company is looking for an ambitious CRM manager to join a rapidly expanding workforce. It is an exciting time to join this company as they have recently launched a new brand within the business, are developing their market changing product and are in the process of moving to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of CRM marketing campaigns for the EMEA region- from working with the CRM Manager to plan, to building and executing and then reporting.
  • Providing continual optimisation and automation through data analysis, testing and reporting.
  • Mapping the customer journey and analysing touch points within the organisation to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
  • Direct communications with customers through the CRM.
  • Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Segmenting of the CRM to enable tailored and relevant marketing messages to customers.
  • Working with external agencies and suppliers where necessary to ensure the successful delivery of the CRM plan.
  • Scheduling, testing and deploying all direct mail and email campaigns, making sure all relevant tracking measures are implemented.
  • Work with the digital acquisition team to funnel leads to our future programmes.

The ideal candidate will be

  • Degree educated ideally from an IT or related degree.
  • Demonstrable experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud / B2B marketing automation.
  • Experience in direct and digital marketing ideally in a B2B context.
  • Excellent understanding of CRM principles in a B2B and B2C environment.
  • Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organisation.
  • Strong commercial outlook and the ability to manage project delivery through internal and external stakeholders.
  • HTML & Database knowledge will help to assist issue fixing and segmentation.
  • Data-driven and comfortable with reporting and analytics as the campaigns and projects you run will play an integral role within the business.
