An exciting opportunity has become available at one of London's most prestigious gardening centres based in West London.

You will be joining their innovative marketing team as a CRM executive where you will be responsible for their offline mailing campaigns as well as delivering their statement mailings and loyalty programs.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in offline direct marketing, preferably within the retail sector as well as the ability to produce creative marketing materials. Experience with loyalty programs is desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CRM & Loyalty Manager to deliver the offline mailings and the scheme benefits
  • Managing the mailing contact strategy to existing customers
  • Producing content for mailing briefs
  • Managing stakeholders relationships
  • Identify opportunities for improving campaign performance
  • Create, test and amend offline mailing campaigns
  • Oversee offline mailing production
  • Customer targeting
  • Measure and evaluate mailing campaigns

The ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in managing consumer focused offline CRM mailings
  • Knowledge of offline direct marketing principles
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • A creative thinker that is proactive in devising content solutions
  • Excellent communication skills#
  • Strong ability to generate insights
  • Experienced in retail marketing
  • Strong copywriting skills
