A great opportunity for a CRM Marketing Professional to join a well-known financial services brand on an initial 6 month contract.

As the CRM Marketing Consultant you will deploy, test and learn direct to consumer marketing communications campaigns, supporting the roadmap to build the capability across the banking areas of the business.


Key Skills and Responsibilities:

  • With the customer communications planner, you will be tasked to define priorities across product areas and develop and deploy communications materials for each priority product
  • Marketing communications direct response campaigns delivery (email, direct, mobile)
  • Knowledge of FCA and GDPR regulations as they associate to marketing communications
  • Experience of delivering customer communications ideally in the retail banking sector
  • Experience working with Marketing Cloud/Salesforce
