An exciting opportunity has arisen for an immediately available CRM Manager to join our international FMCG client, where you will support the Digital Loyalty Manager with the execution of the CRM (email) loyalty programme. This is initially a short-term contract role with a view for extension.

Your responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse the performance of the existing email programmes.
  • Develop advanced optimisation plans for the existing automated email programmes.
  • Support with the development of the new email programmes.
  • Write creative and data briefs based on the agreed consumer journeys.
  • Review and test created emails.

Your profile:

  • Hands on experience with delivering email programmes end to end.
  • Experience with IBM Watson.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Not fazed by working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong creative judgement.
  • Hands on experience in data analytics.
