An exciting CRM Manager opportunity has arisen to join a leading travel finance company that has ambitious future-plans.

This position will be well suited to someone who is passionate about the customer lifecycle, delivering fantastic content and outstanding experiences.

As CRM Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Developing automated communications with personalised content according to consumer segmentation and preferences
  • Analysing return on investment of all campaigns, remarketing, digital display and social campaigns
  • Working with the brand team to manage campaigns and improve acquisition, retention and loyalty
  • Utilising strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end Consumer experience across multiple channels
  • Understand and implement GDPR and e-privacy recommendations through digital channels
