An exciting Automotive brand is currently looking for a CRM Manager to join their marketing team and lead the development and growth of the CRM/Retention Roadmap.

The successful CRM Manager will be responsible for the strategy and successful implementation and delivery of the promotional CRM program, predominantly using email and retargeting digital channels

CRM Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and execute CRM practises to drive revenue, loyalty and customer engagement
  • Build, implement and send mobile optimised weekly promotional emails
  • Deliver personalised and relevant communications across email and retargeting display and video
  • Manage customer segmentation through ESP (Bronto)
  • Streamline and scale up the production process through automation and use compelling content whilst identifying opportunities to increase engagement.
  • Report, analyse and provide insight to develop campaigns

CRM Manager Essential Skills/Experience

  • Experience delivering CRM programmes within email and retargeting
  • Excellent analytical abilities
  • Experience translating campaign objectives into solution designs
  • Ability to write for the web/email with high level experience of hand-coding HTML and CSS
  • Be an expert ESP user
  • Adobe Dreamweaver & Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Retail, Ecommerce, Gaming/Gambling background ideal
