I am looking for a CRM Manager to join the marketing team at an Educational publishing house.

The successful candidate will work closely with the head of CRM and own the CRM platform

CRM Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage all CRM data processes, such as processing sampling requests, ensuring they are completed correctly with no missing data.
  • Manage the local office migrations onto SAP CRM
  • Identify new features required on SAP, working with the global operations team and SAP development team on the development of these new features ensuring they work perfectly on live roll out
  • Manage the SAP development backlog, prioritising the tasks to be completed for each development sprint
  • Constantly review and refine current processes and work on ways to automate current manual tasks
  • Manage the user QA testing process on all new fixes and developments made to the SAP/Marketo/website interfaces
  • Be responsible for the flawless execution of all email marketing campaigns and automated programmes
  • Support the Head of CRM on any technical integrations within the marketing automation system
  • Manage and execute a testing plan for email campaigns and landing pages
  • Be at the forefront of digital marketing trends and tactics to keep our campaigns fresh and evolving

CRM Manager skills/experience:

  • CRM systems - SAP would be an advantage
  • Marketing Automation - Marketo would be an advantage
  • Highly developed communication skills and the ability to influence
  • Commercially aware
  • Excellent team player and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns
