The client is looking for a CRM Manager to join their marketing team. You will be required to manage customer data base, make recommendations for cross-selling and up-selling programs, as well as offering assistance with CRM and email marketing systems throughout the business. This is a hand on position and will suit a well organised all rounder who will thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Maintain the CRM system
- Optimise email marketing campaigns
- Maintain loyalty and engagement though the established automated programs.
- Work closely with both the email marketing and marketing teams.
- Help train and support other team members using the CRM and email marketing system.
- Deliver activity reports
The successful candidate will have:
- CRM experience, MS Dynamics
- Experience with Power Bi and Dotmailer
- Experience working with complex data
- Experience with marketing communications activity inc social media and web base.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing art stakeholders
- Posses an outstanding eye for detail
