I'm looking for a CRM Manager for a leading financial services brand.
Your objective is to create a data-driven approach to communication across all channels. You will be active in undertaking analysis, along with building excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
- Undertake analysis of campaign performance and provide recommendations
- Support the in the development of targeting strategies and data selections
- Implement a robust test and learn approach, considering data insights to enhance the performance of marketing activities
- Consider how campaigns, customer journeys and contact strategies can be improved
- Understand and apply the segmentation and modelling tools
- Support the development of trigger-based or programmatic activity.
- Work with the analytics team to challenge and review the segmentation and predictive modelling techniques applied
- Assist with the implementation of marketing automation tools
- Experience of working with marketing automation tools, Salesforce CRM system
- Ability to communicate data findings to a business understanding
- A self-starter with the appetite for a considerable workload with an energetic and high impact personality
- A team player, with a true entrepreneurial but collaborative style
