A leading Legal firm is currently looking for a CRM Executive to contribute to providing the firm with quality CRM support.

The successful candidate will join the Client Relationships Department, but will work very closely with and support the wider Business Development & Marketing, Communications and Events departments.

CRM Executive Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop integrity of the LexisNexis Interaction CRM system
  • Manage Vuture (the CRM integrated, marketing technology platform)
  • Report on data for the firms events in collaboration with the Events Executive
  • Develop the sophistication of the firms CRM system pushing for continual improvement
  • Extract data and prepare reports and statistics
  • Increase data quality through research, updates and the use of the Data Quality tool within Interaction

CRM Executive Experience / Skills

  • CRM experience gained within a Professional Services environment (ideally Legal)
  • LexisNexis Interaction experience essential
  • Extensive database management experience
  • Knowledge of email tool systems, preferably Vuture and/or Concep and their integration with Interaction
  • Knowledge of data integrity systems such as checking against MPS, DataHQ etc
