A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a CRM Communications Executive to join a global Fintech company located in Central London. You will be responsible for driving customer retention, and implementing all customer communications through email and SMS.

Responsibilities of the CRM Communications Executive:

  • Copywriting and designing email campaigns through Salesforce, providing data selection criteria and monitoring performance
  • Working cross-functionally to monitor the reporting for Customer KPIs
  • Manage email and SMS retention campaigns end-to-end, including post campaign analysis and reporting to stakeholders
  • Manage all customer communications, and working with other departments to understand requirements and deliver excellent customer service
  • Support the CRM function, providing updates on performance, drawing up test campaigns and quarterly activity

Key Skills of the CRM Communications Executive:

  • Proven experience in a CRM marketing function
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders on all elements of campaign delivery
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and data analysis
