A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled CRM and research professional to join a leading, International privately owned fund, corporate and private client service provider.

Based in the heart of London (with three International offices) the CRM & Research Manager is both broad and immensely challenging. Reporting into the Director of Marketing the successful applicant will have overall responsibility of managing and developing the Client Relationship Management (CRM) strategy.

Other key responsibilities will include:

Enhancing the CRM system as a tool to improve its effectiveness as a Business Development tool

Implementing SalesForce as a CRM application

Production of management reporting tools to measure sales and marketing KPIs

Overseeing the analysis of a specific fund related database and recommending any new changes / improvements

Configuring SalesForce to resonate the business' needs

Research market opportunities to support the business growth strategy

The successful applicant will have prior CRM experience as well as having ideally used SalesForce in the past.
