An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist to join the team of a highly regarded insurance company.

This role will be focused on the development and optimisation of the customer journey across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities of the Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist:

  • Working with wider teams to deliver a constant pipeline of customer journey optimisation improvements
  • Project managing workload for insurance digital scrum using workflow management system
  • Provide insight for on page optimisation and develop content to improve SEO results
  • Working with external stakeholders to understand customer experience and improve customer journeys
  • Develop a program of multi-variate tests to drive conversion rate optimisation
  • Developing new channels to support acquisition through lead generation

Key Skills of the Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist:

  • Proven experience with managing and improving conversion rate optimisation
  • Proven experience working with web metrics to analyse results
  • Proven experience driving improvements on SEO
  • Strong internal stakeholder management
