A global, highly established travel and tourism company is looking for a Content Executive to support the ongoing production and delivery of operational content.

The organisation has seen digital revenue growth of almost 500% and this is a newly created role to support the fast growing functions. The work environment is casual and friendly in an open plan office, teams working collaboratively. Work life balance is seen as a priority, thus work from home and flexibility of working hours is offered whenever needed.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working closely to Website Content Manager (operational) to ensure updates are delivered to brief and in a timely manner
  • Recommend development requirements working closely with Web and App Product Managers to ease and industrialise operations deliveries
  • Become point of contact for updates ensuring operational and city content is up to date.
  • Support creation of creative web products in accordance with the brief
  • Support wider Ecommerce team with general web content changes

Experience and skills:

  • Excellent copywriting skills and experience
  • Ability understand product briefs and translate into high performing product pages
  • Expertise with CMS (Magento would be advantageous)
  • Creative flair, ability to work with imagery (Photoshop knowledge helpful)
  • Ability to liaise with global offices and maintain relationships
  • Experience within tourism industry would be valuable but not essential
