Description

Demonstrable skillset:

  • Write, build, test and optimise onsite digital customer journeys ensuring constant improvements to conversation rates
  • Develop new digital experiences including conducting multi-variate tests
  • Create, manage and deliver all onsite digital content - including full copy, design, SEO, legal and compliance approvals
  • Use analytical tools to monitor performance and make recommendations
  • Subject matter expertise ensure all content adheres to brand tone of voice guidelines
  • Ensuring all content meets Product and Compliance requirements
  • Work with SEO and Digital Marketing teams to ensure digital journeys are aligned with PPC, display, aggregators and affiliates
  • Set and manage expectations with internal stakeholders

Beneficial background:

  • Content Management System experience (Sitecore and Wordpress)
  • Agile environment
  • Personalising landing pages
  • Analytical skills (Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, Excel)
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading
  • Workflow and collaboration software (JIRA, Confluence)
  • PPC, SEO, SEM
  • Tag managers (Google Tags, Tealium)

Previous work in Financial Services, preferably Insurance would be hugely advantageous.
