An exciting Conference Content Manager opportunity has arisen to join a leading professional services organisation that has ambitious future plans.

This position will be well suited to someone who is passionate about delivering fantastic content through a variety of channels to engage and actively inform.

As Conference Producer, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop the annual events programme in line with the strategic plan and budget
  • Research, approach and secure speakers to fill the programme in line with deadlines/targets set at kick-off meeting
  • Liaise with the sponsor to develop programme content, ensuring there is a joined-up approach to marketing
  • Work with the marketing team to produce promotional material, including brochure and advert copy, website copy, e-blasts, newsletters entries and copy for external websites
  • Assist the conference chair in facilitating the speaker briefing meetings, taking notes for circulation
