The Communications Manager will deliver the global external and internal communications strategy that supports their vision, purpose and strategic aims.

Responsibilities

  • Design an implement external and employee communications plans across the business
  • Help frame internal and external communications plans which support and develop awareness.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to increase the media profile of the team and its products and services
  • Lead external PR activities with the support of the PR agency
  • Develop compelling content to engage its employees and generate positive media interest and coverage of its products and services
  • Manage content and delivery of key messaging via core internal communications channels

Personal Specification

  • 5+ Years Experience developing internal and external communications strategy (Ideally within financial services)
  • Experience in PR and though leadership
