EMR are working with one of London's leading estate agents to recruit a Communications Manager on a permanent basis. The Communications Manager will be responsible for the running of the firm's press office and internal communications.

They have just embarked on their internal communications strategy, so you must have experience of internal communications as well as PR and content strategy.

As Communications Manager you will line manage the PR and Content Executive and working closely with the Marketing Director and senior internal stakeholders on the communications strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of the PR and Content Executive to ensure all journalist enquiries, including requests for quotes, photography, interviews and information are responded to promptly
  • Proactively conceive story ideas for publication and manage third-party advisors on creation of KFH's regular research reports including liaison with key business stakeholders to provide guidance on key commentary themes
  • Approval of market commentary and outgoing press collateral
  • Day-to-day running of the digital spheres including the Corporate Blog, Newsroom and social channels
  • Management of the social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Manage the ongoing collation and distribution of internal communications in line with the internal communications strategy

Your keys skills and experience will include:

  • A good understanding of PR, content marketing and use of social media channels within communications campaigns, ideally within the property sector
  • Previous management experience in PR, in-house communications or journalism
  • Attention to detail, including impeccable proof reading
