A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Client Relationship Consultant to join a fantastic and innovative International Fintech company based in Dublin, Ireland. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Developing internal and external relationships across all levels
  • Working alongside the internal teams to provide a high quality service for clients and overall satisfaction
  • Developing a deep understanding of clients' needs to identify cross selling opportunities
  • Establish new lines of business with existing clients across the full range of services
  • Working closely with the Operations team to streamline business processes
  • Using client feedback and market knowledge to grow the company and develop strategies
  • Working with senior managers to develop new strategies for HNW clients
  • Ensuring all contracts are agreed on and processes are correctly followed

Ideally, you will have:

  • Strong experience in relationship and reputation building on an individual level
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the asset and wealth management industries
  • A minimum of 5 years or equivalent in providing software solutions, managed services or consulting services
  • Knowledge of the digital value chain, investor engagement and digital technologies
  • Excellent self-starter, ambitious with good business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and one other European language would be desired
