Description

Reporting to the Client Relations Director, you will be responsible for supporting the CRM team in the day to day management of clients, responding to client queries promptly and efficiently, establishing, building and maintaining relationships across the client base, and gaining a thorough understanding of the company's services.

You will be confident and proactive, with experience of working within a CRM/customer services team. You will be educated to graduate level, have excellent written and communication skills, and have a confident and professional telephone manner. You will have an interest in financial markets. Fluent in a second European language would be useful but is not essential.
