An amazing opportunity for an immediately available Change Communications Manager to join a leading FTSE 100 organisation in Sunbury

About the client

They are a global FTSE 100 organisation currently undergoing a massive IT transformation programme.

About you

You will be a strong IT change communications professional who will be able to work closely with the HR function to understand their priorities, objectives, opportunities and challenges and work closely with them to develop communications plans and activities to support or mitigate these. The role will require someone comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to propose and develop ideas and campaigns. They will need to be comfortable and have experience in working at a senior level, and be able to develop strategies as well as roll up their sleeves and deliver. In addition, you will possess:-

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management ability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • DevOps or Agile experience is highly advantageous

About the role

This will be a 12 month contract. You will be working in a team of 4 and will be tasked with:-

  • Supporting the delivery of the organisation's IT transformation programme, implementing tactical communications and engagement aligned to the programme plan
  • Project managing and delivering these initiatives
  • Managing content for the intranet site, ensuring information is continually updated
  • Using existing communications channels to develop and improve the employee experience
  • Assisting in the preparation of relevant collateral in support of the culture change agenda.
