Campaign Manager - Financial Services

A leading well respected Financial Services organisation are looking for an outstanding Campaign manager ideally with brand management experience. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will be responsible for creating and delivering creative campaigns as part of a team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Work with the Marketing team to devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns and produce monthly brand reports on performance drawing on insight
  • Liaise with stake holders across the business throughout process, receiving amends, deciphering them and briefing back in
  • Review and approve all output before sharing with the business Reprioritise work stacks where necessary to accommodate urgent requests

  • Support the visual Identity development and relationship management of brand and design agencies
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
  • Ensure that the organisation's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels

Requirements:

  • Strong project management, communication and numerical skills
  • Proven success in a similar role working within brand and campaign management, ideally in Financial Services
  • Prior experience of successfully delivering projects, ideally strategic ones, within timescales, budget and to agreed objectives
  • Previous experience of managing and motivating internal or external agencies
  • Previous experience working as a campaign delivery manager for 3 years or more
  • Experience of delivering major communication campaigns or marketing projects.
  • Previous experience managing studio work flow
  • Experience in internal communications management, tools and techniques.
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • Good understanding and experience of working across the bank and building networks.
  • A flair for creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to interact confidently at a senior level, providing practical and pro-active communications guidance and support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and team-working skills.
  • Able to articulate purpose and process across many different stakeholders.
